The location is awesome. From the easy access to the fabrika. Walk a few minutes to the hotel which is surrounded by restaurants and high end hotels.

The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. However, many improvements were desired. For example, facilities were poorly maintained (the shower head splashed water everywhere). The number of staff was extremely limited (we saw two during our stay). One of them could not speak English while the other was mostly absent and unresponsive on text messages. Last but not least, the pickup service to airport was very inflexible and caused great inconvenience for us. The vehicle was also serving way too many people for its size. Overall, we appreciated that the staff seemed to try their best to improve our experience. Nevertheless, a lot of room for improvement is desired.

Cleanliness

The location is the best!

Comfortable and clean room. The location is great. Quiet but a short walk to the bus station, the main walking street, windmills, little venice and the old harbour. Also, very nice to have a pickup and drop-off at the airport.

Lovely room in a quiet area very close to the Fabrika. Very nice and helpful host. Perfect for our 1 night in Mykonos.
